Uptime & support We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practical. Support is provided via tickets and email during published hours. 6. Suspension & termination We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. You may cancel according to our refund policy. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a grace period. 7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the prior three months.
